Who processes the data
NGO “Women’s Federation for World Peace” (EDRPOU code 35847005). You can contact us about personal data at info@wfwp.org.ua.
What data we receive
Only what you enter yourself in the forms on the site (“Membership”, “Contacts”): your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the subject and text of your message.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking.
What for
- to reply to your message;
- to consider a membership application and contact you about the next steps.
The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Who has access
Applications are stored in the site’s content management system, which only authorised representatives of the organisation can access. Notifications of new applications reach the organisation’s email through Gmail (Google). We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for other purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep application data for as long as we need it to reply to you and stay in touch, and delete it at your request.
Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies that the forms need to work securely (protection against request forgery). Your choice of dark theme and text size is stored in your browser and is not sent to us.
YouTube videos on the site load only after you press play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. Write to info@wfwp.org.ua.
